 The EXPRESS Dance & Acrobatics Dance Team is a Milford, MA based competitive dance team. Our coed team currently consists of over 100 members ranging from 4 to 19 years old. Our members hail from Milford, Mendon, Uxbridge, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Holliston, Upton, Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Northbridge, Ashland and Millis.
The dance team program is intended for the student that desires to showcase their dance talent in a competitive fashion. Our performance team commits to participating in the nation’s elite dance competitions in preparation for college scholarships, college enrollment distinction, a professional career in dance, or the simple desire to maximize their dance talent.
 AT EXPRESS we have ONE team. It is important that every team member understand the commitment is great, however incredibly rewarding. We welcome any child who has a strong work ethic, dedication and true love of dance and acrobatics!
